How do I create an account?
Click the Register button on the website and complete the registration form using your email address and other required information.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the Forgot Password option on the login page. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to reset your password.
Can I change my profile information?
Yes. After logging in, you can update your profile information, password, and contact details from your account dashboard.
Posting Advertisements
How do I post an advertisement?
- Log into your account.
- Click Post Ad.
- Select the appropriate category.
- Enter the advertisement details.
- Upload clear photos.
- Submit your advertisement for review or publication.
How many photos can I upload?
The number of photos allowed depends on the listing type and your account features. Upload clear, high-quality images to attract more buyers.
How long will my advertisement remain online?
Advertisements remain active for the period specified by DireOnline or until they expire, are removed by the user, or are taken down for violating our policies.
Can I edit my advertisement after posting it?
Yes. Log into your account, open My Ads, select the advertisement you want to update, and save your changes.
Can I delete my advertisement?
Yes. You can delete your advertisement at any time from your account dashboard.
Buying and Selling
How do I contact a seller?
Open the advertisement and use the contact information provided by the seller or any messaging features available on the platform.
Does DireOnline sell products directly?
No. DireOnline is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own or sell the products, properties, or services listed by users.
How do I know if a listing is genuine?
Review the listing carefully, communicate with the seller, ask questions, inspect the item before payment, and follow our Safety Tips. If something seems suspicious, report the listing.
Renting Properties
Can I advertise rental properties?
Yes. Property owners and authorized agents can advertise houses, apartments, land, offices, shops, and other rental properties.
Should I pay a deposit before viewing a property?
No. We strongly recommend visiting the property and verifying its authenticity before making any payment.

Can businesses advertise their services?

Advertisements that include illegal goods, counterfeit products, prohibited weapons, dangerous materials, stolen property, fraudulent offers, adult content, or other prohibited items are not permitted.
Why was my advertisement removed?
Advertisements may be removed if they:
- Violate our Terms & Conditions.
- Contain false or misleading information.
- Include prohibited content.
- Are duplicates or spam.
- Receive verified complaints from users.
